Appointments and Bookings

Booking requests made through this website, by phone, SMS, or our online tools are enquiries only and are subject to confirmation by our team. Any treatment plan, timeframe, or price estimate given before a clinical examination is indicative only and may change once you've been assessed in person.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $50.

Fees and Payment

Fees for treatment are provided as a quote following your consultation. Depending on your circumstances, out-of-pocket costs may apply after any Medicare, DVA, or private health fund rebate. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless we've agreed otherwise with you in writing.
